About BrokerCafe

BrokerCafe is a technology-focused community for real estate brokers, agents, managers, and other professionals.

It’s a place where brokers and other decision-makers can explore the logic of using an agent-productivity tool, understand the dollars-and-cents value of managing brands company-wide rather than letting agents choose their own, learn to develop strategies for competing with anyone in attracting and retaining agents, and see how managing documents and workflow company-wide can maintain consistency, boost profits, and reduce potential regulatory and legal liabilities.

Although it’s a metaphor, BrokerCafe is an evocative one—identifying a select community where brokers and other real estate professionals can hang out, talk about things they care about, and learn how to make more money. Because it’s online, it offers the freedom to speak your mind—although we do moderate comments to discourage trolls (and you have to register with your real name).

BrokerCafe is sponsored by CoreLogic—it’s part of the AgentAchieve website—but it’s not a company mouthpiece. That is, although the site’s focus is on brokerage smart technology tools—which we, of course, offer—its attitude is not driven by marketing polls but by what BrokerCafe site members say and care about.

We’re not naïve. We definitely have an ulterior motive—to build lasting relationships with potential customers. But what’s different here is we recognize that we’re all peers, that although we certainly know what we’re talking about professionally, we’re not some all-seeing, all-knowing smart technology authority. That coming here is your choice, not ours. That you are here entirely at your own discretion.

Our job is simply to provide an inviting forum—and a ton of free information.
