Actually, I’m not writing about new year’s resolutions—or maybe I am.
Every new year we take inventory of what’s working for us and what’s not. In the process, we sometimes realize that what used to work no longer does, or what used to differentiate us from our competitors is now common practice. Before I proceed, however, let me say you don’t need to read further if differentiation and competing on an un-level playing field—one that favors you—isn’t all that important to you.
